Since 1997, our sports performance program has trained THOUSANDS of Charlotte’s athletes. We take pride in the diversity of the age and ability of the athletes we've had the honor of working with. From entire Pop Warner football teams to NFL stars, Olympic bobsledders, kayakers, figure skaters, AAU to the NBA, swimmers and even the weekend warrior; our motto has always been ANY ATHLETE. Hockey
Athletic Republic is the industry leader in Hockey performance training—a systematic progression of hockey training programs appropriate for all ages. The programs are embedded with the science of properly developing hockey players, while safely taking them past their limits. It’s the application of increasing a hockey player’s stride frequency, stride length, skating mechanics, conditioning, power output, shot velocity, puck control and dynamic stability. Athletic Republic Hockey prides itself on speed and separation, knowing that in the "new" NHL (and at every other league, at every other level), speed and power dictate success. That is why, at Athletic Republic Hockey, we provide our players a program specifically designed to "Light the Lamp".
Volleyball
At Athletic Republic, we make only one thing: better athletes. Ever since we first started blending the science of physiology and biomechanics with sport-specific training more than 20 years ago, we’ve made it our singular quest to be the go-to place for serious athletes. In partnership with SoloSpike, we’ve developed a unique program to specifically train volleyball players to improve their acceleration, power and on-court agility so they can become not just better athletes, but better volleyball athletes. Through our science-based training protocols and patented equipment, we can improve an athlete’s jump mechanics so they rise higher with more hang time, giving them more explosive power behind every hit. We also advance exact neurological learning and coordination to heighten functional volleyball strength and improve the ability to set, pass, serve, spike and block.
